About Us…

MCL & Associates, Inc. is a veteran-owned HUBZone small business, specializing in analysis, support and training for Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Change Management, Operations Research, Statistical Analysis, as well as various ancillary program, project, and financial services.

MCL's two principals, Mark Lefcowitz and Cheryl Maxwell-Lefcowitz have over 60 years of information technology and financial experience working for a variety of public and private sector clients throughout the United States. A staff of experienced functional managers, program managers, and senior analysts are available to solve your process needs.

Mr. Lefcowitz is certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP), as well as a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CMBB). He has 28 years of business analysis experience, the past 10 years specifically in the IT and process improvement arena.
